I work at PT. Asianet Media Teknologi as Network Engineering - IPNOM Officer from March 2024 until now.
The following is my job description during my time working at PT. Asianet Media Teknologi: Troubleshoot problems occurred on residential customer. Troubleshoot problems occurred on active devices (Note: Layer 2 Device). Take responsible for providing a fast-responses escalation which corresponds to another division or stakeholder. Maintain networks environment in coverage Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON). Maintain and monitor links of Asianet Media Teknologi. Report all activities that correspond to another team. Take responsibility for any trouble tickets from another team.
